Availability of such powerful load-supporting element as "ARC-Tower" in the structure of the high-rise buildings permits to operate other lifting facilities of heavy load capacity along the guide rails designed for "ARC System": for instance, car hoisting systems. It is quite obvious that the problem of an access to any point of a fa?ade on the high-rise building is followed by the second acute problem for any skyscraper; that is the parking problem for personal cars of its inhabitants or visitors.
