Two businesswomen want to set up a mini confectionery shop. We’ll produce and sell products.

We have worked for 4 years for the Traveler’s Coffee cafe and for two years for the Vatrushkin confectionary as a chief cook that’s why we have a great experience in this field.
We are going to produce confectionery products for a wide range of consumers. It will be different types of sponge cakes, marshmallow sticks, cakes, sweets, buns etc.
Our consumers are all classes of people. We can offer both inexpensive, simple cookies and expensive, exclusive ones. Also we are going to produce special cookies for little children which will be without colouring agents.
Food market is growing because more and more new shops are being opened now. The main competitors in our field are the Shokoladnica cafe and the Cinnabon cafe. Its have own permanent consumers. We introduce our SWOT analyze to understand our chances of survival in this kind of business.

We want to locate our business in the new region in Tyumen, Shirotnaya Street. This region has no too many shops because they are being built only now. We will rent a middle-size premise where we will be able to produce our baked goodies and sell it. We need 5 tools where our cooks will be able to bake different types of our products. Also we want to require two all-purpose vehicles to make purchases and deliver our products to clients. We will hire 20 employees.
We project a positive cash flow within 6 months. We suppose that during 7-12 months profits should range between 40 and 50 %. Sum up our aim is to attain the breakeven point for 1 year.
Our marketing manager will learn the target market. The main activities to attract consumer’s attention to our products are advertisement in the internet and in popular tyumen journals. Also we want to make large banners on the streets.
