Dynamics of renovation in the network of democratization of the society is one of the actual problems in political science system, which realizes comprehensive and deeply studying. One of the strategic objectives of the Republic of Kazakhstan is democratic state formation. Democratic development and political renovation of Kazakhstan is closely related to all social – political and economic reforms realizing in the state.

The aim of thesis:

1. Consideration and interpretation of directions and interrelations of democratic modernization development in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Elaboration of methodological scheme to understand current economic, political, social and cultural changes of political character in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The main tasks of scientific research:

• definition of categories “modernization”, “democratization”, “democracy”;
• analysis of democratic modernization of foreign countries in terms of positive experience adoption;
• disclosure of social-political essence of democratic modernization;
• analysis of democratic modernization society by the use of correspondence determination to modern development conditions;
• investigation of democratic modernization characteristics in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• investigation of corresponding political institute’s activity and particularities of civil society forming as the base of political democratization of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• evaluation of political parties’ role in democratic modernization, consolidation of public tranquility and unity of society;
• analysis of political and electoral movement democracy;
• influence of constitutional reforms of 2008 to democratic modernization process of Kazakhstani society;
• definition of conditions and prognostics of further democratic modernization of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Subject of scientific research is process of internal modernization of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the stage of democratic reforming.

Theoretical and methodological bases of scientific research are classic and modern concepts used in political science. As the methodological base to reveal the theme of scientific research the works of Aristotle, S. Montesque, A. Togwill, C. Marx, M. Weber, O. Shpengler, A Toinby, T. Parsons, O. Toffler, S. Einsenshtadt and others were used.

Scientific novelty of research work:

 As a result of scientific research the author achieved following scientific results:

• categories “modernization”, “democratization”, “civil society” are defined, unity and variety of methods of research of democratic modernization in various levels of political processes are established;
• democratic modernization process of foreign countries activity in terms of the positive experience for adoption in Kazakhstan were analyzed;
• political, social and cultural preconditions of democratic modernization development were reveled, the dependence of current process to political conscience, political culture experience of Kazakhstan community was proved;
• the features of democratic modernization development in   the Republic of Kazakhstan  (1991-2007) were determined, correspondence model of the democratic development in Kazakhstan according to world political experience was set.
• the influence of constitutional reform of 2008 to democratic modernization of Kazakhstani society was analyzed, interrelation of dominant party with political parties and nongovernmental organizations, which activity is directed to the building of civil society;
• the conditions of further modernization of the Republic of Kazakhstan per democracy were prognosticated and defined. It was proved that further development of political system directly is connected with democratic strengthening of public relations.

Practical significance of research:

Subsequent development off democratic modernization in the Republic of Kazakhstan depends on necessity extent of methodological and empirical analysis. The results of scientific research can be used in prognosing of internal policy. In addition, the results of scientific research thesis can be used in the activity of political parties, political movements and NGO.
